Abundancia, or abundance, represents the founding spirit of our Neighborhood Rum Bar and is an element of Cuban hospitality and our family. It embodies the philosophy that a full life is one lived through an abundance of family, friendship, and laughter while never being short of great food and drinks.

Otto’s High Dive welcomes transient patrons but it was built for our neighbors. Our leadership, our team, and our patrons are all truly our community.

Born from an inspired son of Cuban immigrants, and a passionate bartender of Florida upbringing, Ottos is a culmination of old Cuba and modern Florida in our menu, design and culture. Otto's was created to feel welcoming and fresh with neighborhood charm, while still paying homage to the history of Cuba during its’ thriving years.

What we’re about.

At Ottos you will find refined Cuban inspired cocktails, Florida fare, worldly rums and wonderful local service. The broad menu gives guests plenty to choose from, ranging from refreshing shaken cocktails to rich stirred sippers.

The cocktail focus is paired with an equally uncompromising espresso focused coffee program. You'll find these two elements intermixed throughout the menu.

Who’s Otto?

Otto is the youngest son of two of Otto’s High Dive’s owners, Giovanni and Elise. The inclusion of his name is a generational homage to Giovanni’s grandfather who owned a bar in Cuba that was appropriated by Fidel Castro. That event led to his eventual immigration to America where he passed down that spirit of entrepreneurship through generations.

The name represents all the respective owner’s inspiration to continue their families’ histories of trying to invest in and make their local communities a better place.

We wouldn’t be a proper rum bar without a Presidente on the menu. Ours “El Cantinero”, incorporates a blend of Venezuelan Solera and Pot Still Jamaican Rums, Vermouth, Dry Curaçao, Fresh Pomegranate Syrup, and Jerk Spices.
